Robur Corporation's quality system has reached a turning point that is resulting in significant improvement in our manufacturing operations and our product. All departments are striving to establish an overall effective quality system. Several long-term projects are in progress to implement improvement measures that will optimize the quality system, increase productivity, and increase the level of quality awareness within our operations. Since 1998, Robur has taken action to lay a strong foundation and build a program that is organized and proactive with the primary goal of satisfying customers. Robur is committed to quality through continuous improvement and investment in employees so that growth and opportunity are ongoing processes. Our quality goals and objectives are based on one basic concept, total quality management (TQM). We are focusing on customer needs and continually improving products and processes. The projects discussed in this paper and measurable improvements obtained are a result of the quality commitment that Robur has made in recent years. The ultimate goal is to build a dynamic quality system that will adapt to the requirements of the customer and develop a broader market niche for our product.
